Valerie Gombas works in the planning room at the Barnet School. She has worked at Barnet for 11 years. She wanted to teach because she thought it would be a good way to help the kids. Valerie has been an educator for 16 years she decided to work at Barnet because she lived in Barnet and she had kids that went here right now Valerie has 2 kids in college and one is the logging business. Valerie’s favorite thing about Barnet is that she can keep in touch with every one .Valerie was born in Bridgeport Connecticut she went to college at many different places for different classes. Her birthday is December 9th and her favorite holiday is Christmas because she likes to get together with her family. Valerie personality is very happy. Every day is a good day for her. When Valerie isn’t working at the Barnet School she is hiking, biking, sewing, or cooking. If Valerie was to switch careers she would be a baker so she could bake all day. We are thankful to have Valerie at our school.
