Mrs. Persson teaches music classes at Barnet. She teaches here because she couldn’t be a rock star. She has been an educator for about 28 years and has been teaching at Barnet School for approximately 15 years. She chose to work at Barnet School because it’s the best school around. She was born in Oregon and grew up in Alaska, Oklahoma, Massachusetts and New York. She went to college at the University of Massachusetts. Her favorite holiday is Thanksgiving because of the food. She describes her personality as self confidence because she believes you can do whatever you want. Her favorite thing about Barnet School is the community. Her favorite hobbies are swimming, reading and solitary things. If she could switch careers today she would choose to be a philanthropist. Her one personal accomplishment is getting a masters degree. Other jobs she has had is being a rock star! Her favorite place in the world is West Barnet, VT. She has a husband, Ed Ryan, a son, Dan Ryan, and a daughter, Eve Ryan, They are all musicians! Mrs. Persson also has two cats Enzo & Shirley. She loves kids!
